I love counseling, because it's one of the few places where we

get to really dig in and explore what we feel, think, do, want, 

and need. It's a place to be real, which gives us breathing room--

to accept all parts of ourselves and also to grow and change.

I work with individuals who are facing all sorts of challenges, like self-esteem, gender identity, sexuality, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief and loss, and general "stuck-ness." I'm LGBTQI+, poly, and kink welcoming and affirming.

 

I offer both in-person and secure video telehealth sessions. My office is centrally located on the inner east side of Portland, at 12 SE 14th Avenue, Suite 203. My fee for a 50-minute session is $175 for individuals, $190 for couples--payable by cash, check, or credit card (including FSA and HSA cards). Though I don't bill private insurance, I can bill OHP HealthShare/CareOregon, and I have a limited number of reduced fee slots; please feel free to ask about the availability of these appointments.

Additionally, I help professional counseling interns working toward licensure to develop their practices and find their Counselor Self and style. My rate for Clinical Supervision and professional consultation is $125/hour.
